The Bama Bomber Mission

 

The Alabama Bombers baseball program has been organized out of a love for the game of baseball and the young men who play it. We are a non-profit organization under IRS Tax Code 501 (c) (3). The mission of our organization is:

 

1. To enhance the lives of the young men and to teach them the lessons of

    life that come from playing the game of baseball.

 

2. To help facilitate the training and skill development of each player.

 

3. To provide an environment that will help mold young men into model

    citizens.

 

4. To provide ample opportunities for exposure to college recruiters and

    professional scouts.

 

5. To create in each player the desire to compete at the highest level of their

    abilities.

 

6. To live, practice, play with respect for the game, their teammates, and

    opponents.

 

7. To provide an environment that will help these young men develop

    meaningful and lifetime relationships with others of like passion.

 

8. To instill a competitive spirit, motivation to excel and provide games with

    the very best teams in the country.

 

9. To provide mangers and coaches who are living role models for young

    men to emulate.

 

10. To provide the very best instruction, coaching and conditioning possible.

 

 
 
 

I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be "happy." I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be honorable, to be compassionate. It is, above all, to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all.
